ASKO dishwasher D3122 drain pump wont stop pumping
Had the same symptom; pump wouldn’t turn off, program light flashing and would stay on even if turned off, only killing the mains power would turn it off. Ended being a small split in drain hose right next to elbow under the unit.
This thread saved us from buying a new one as my wife was about to do...so thank you.
Asko D1606 won't fill, and sounds like pump is running
Hi,
This means the unit has taken on water to the base pan and will not allow you to do anything until the water is removed. Once the water is gone you will need to locate or fine why water reached the base pan to correct this problem. Most common reasons, too much subs, leaking hose, leaking drain hose behind the unit and traveled back into the unit. Without seeing the unit the cause would just be a guess. I hope this helps. If you unplug the unit allow 2-3 days to dry out, this may allow you to run the unit and locate the original cause of your leak. good luck I’m happy to help further over the phone at
