Factory Restore
Try F9 during boot.. I doubt you repartitioned that small partition when you reformatted the main partition of the drive. Then again, the F9 function might not work anymore, even though the partition is still intact.. From Asus Support:
Using the Recovery Partition(on selected models)
1. Press < F9 > during bootup.
2. Press [Enter] to select Windows Setup [EMS Enabled].
3. Select the language you want to recover and click Next.
4. Read the ASUS Preload Wizard messages and click Next.
5. Select a partition option and click Next. Partition options:
Recover Windows to first partition only.
This option deletes only the first partition and allows you to keep other partitions, and to create a new system partition as drive "C".
Recover Windows to entire HD.
This option deletes all partitions from your hard disk drive and creates a new system partition as drive "C".
Recover Windows to entire HD with two partitions.
This option deletes all partitions from your hard drive and creates two new partitions "C" (25%) and "D" (75%).
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the recovery process.

what error is coming up? if its like mine then all you need to do is get into the bios and change the boot setting to boot off the disk or flash drive and then put it in the drive and install the operating system that way no memory problems.

Hello,
These webcam's have low quality optics and sensors which require quite a bit of light to operate. You will need a light on or it will show dark. If you want a low light webcam you will have to purchase a USB one in the $100 range.

My laptop is not power on when press the button
Try removing the battery, and CD-Rom/DVD-Rom if possible and plug up to power adapter. Then try to turn it on and see if that works. If it doesn't, reseat the RAM for the laptop as well and see if that helps. If it doesn't power on still, it would probably be your Motherboard (power plug might be broken or solder is broken) or something similar to that. Especially if it won't POST. You could take it to a Best Buy, or call the Manufacturer and see if they have any recommendations. If it's under warranty they will definitely take it back and look at it and repair under warranty, if the laptop has not been physically damaged by drop or other damage that is not from normal use.
Usb Ports not working
The best solution is to go to ASUS web site and try to download the drivers. You should have to put the model and Operating System that you are using (Ex. Windows 7 32 or 64 bits, Windows 8) and then select the option for USB drivers download them and see if it helps. Also double check the device manager if it has an exclamation mark over the Universal Serial bus Controllers, if there's one that means there's a problem with the drivers. You can check it by clicking on start then right click on Computer and click on Properties then in the right side click on Device Manager.Good luck!
