If this is Windows 8, you can reset a Live account through Microsoft, online. If it is a local account, you will need software to reset. Best Buy does it for $30 but I'm sure other shops will do it as well.

Bios passwords need to be reset by shorting a jumper or connection on the motherboard. Depending on your model this may require an involved tear down.

It seems like the dc-board is short circuiting. You can try to power it up after battery-removal, to verify that the battery is ok. If the same problem persist after battery-removal, you need to send it to the repaircenter or buy a dc-board from a 3rd party.

Asus k53e won't turn on
That particular model Asus laptop are susceptible to over heating on the DC power jack and finally creating a short due to the shotty work on the board and or the possible shotty DC power jack. If you computer will not turn on and your battery is probably dead and even plugged in the power light does not come on? Then it is your DC Power Jack on the laptop. So the DC power jack for that model will run you between $0.48-$6 bucks. However if you are a soldiering guru then you can disassemble the laptop and remove and replace it. However, it is not cost effective to let a shop do it, because they will charge you way to much for the job. Honestly, it would be much cheaper and more efficient just to buy yourself another laptop. If you know someone who is savvy enough they can removed your hard drive from your laptop and pull off whatever data you want and move it onto your new laptop.
Asus virtual camara no funciona
Have you tried uninstalling the ASUS Virtual Webcam software? If you do
that, then you should only have the Laptop Integrated webcam option. I
have an ASUS and I've never used or installed that software when I
reloaded my machine.

In recovery mode and lost power, then battery went
Take disk out. Power down. Restart. See if will start up without a disk in it. Might be confused by your disk. Did you try to F8 or F9 while restarting to get into BIOS (trying to remember which one will boot you to BIOS). Then see if the CD/DVD was disable for boot up. Turn that back on if you can get into BOS so it will boot up you recovery disk.. If your OS is completely gone, you will have to reinstall...
