dry it out , put in hot attic , and hope it dries out. PC are not water proof at all. water kills the electronics, but if dried out can work (water) spilled what, coffee, tell that was spilled. a free, dead PC, EE box. hold the power button for 10 full seconds to do a forced COLD boot. if still dead the PSU may be bad.(inside) or parts inside shorted out. causes PSU to be dead,(overloaded)

what kind of connection do you have? and to what? I assume you have an ADSL(high speed) connection to the internet, and are trying to connect wireless to a laptop or something. what kind of devices are you trying to connect together? this will help with an answer.

If you hit full screen on the youtube video and its not full screen, then it sounds like your monitor resolution is to low. Rt click on a place on your screen and pick screen resolution, then pick resolution and increase it.The first number is width, so say it's on 800x600 then go 1024x768
