I need a user manual

Does the temperature on the capacitors matter
No,not a problems,if it only 10 or 20 degree of celsius.Ur tv is not in an incloser like a cabinate,right?Because it harder for the heat to disapper,if tv it in a small incloser cabinate.

You need to check the output voltages of the power supply to see which one goes off. It may be due to short circuits some where, Also check for open circuit, bulged capacitor.
To do this you must have basic electronics knowledge, because it will require you to open the back cover.

Use a GOOGLE search webpage and thype in the word driver and the name and model of your mouse. You will see many websites that will offer a driver which is free to download. You must have the mouse connectct to receive the driver as a download'

I HAVE THE USB-A TO SERIAL CABLE #26-949 IS IT
Cables are not part of any OS as they are used to connect different pheripharals(Hardwares) to each other outside the OS
So be sure that the cable will work with any OS including Win7

Hi smgsmg5560, Sorry to hear that. You can try 2 things. 1, use the Windows Update (you have to configure to search updates for windows AND drivers) and then go to Device Manager (right click on my computer - properties - Hardware) and click update driver.
2. - go to the manufacture's website and find out any information about Windows 7. if you have no luck, you will have to replace it. Some companies don't support Windows 7 or will support it in the near future but in the meantime you wont be able to use it.

How to put pics from phone to computer
First you will need data USB cable for your phone and you can get that in most cell retail stores or even online stores. Once you have this plug in cord in to the phone and then pc and some of the Operating systems will open it on its own and on some if it does not open with in 2 min just open my computer or just computer on vista and windows 7 and it will be a removable storage. Right click and click explore and just go through folder until you find pictures. Once you find then just select them, copy and paste on to pc.Hope this helps.
