If the o.s. is android, open the application page, then "parameters" or settings, then in "personal" paragraph open "save and reset" (or so, my tablet is not in English). There you will find "factory reset" which erases all data. It's easy. Good luck!

Launch the reader. go to your library tap and hold the book cover, a drop down list should appear. select delete from devise. hope this helps

Nook 1's battery can only be replaced by a professional, and the others can't be replaced at all. If it's still in warranty and can't be charged they'll give you a new Nook, otherwise you're outta luck.

On the Settings screen, tap Device Info .

Try to restore it or install the firmware again.

have you tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it?
