Hi there - were you able to figure out what was causing this? I'm having the same issue with mine.

Instead of snapping Off like they are supposed to, they slowly move over to Off purely due to current draw and heat. Compare how that one switches off compared to the others. To replace the Bertazzoni hood light cover diffuser, follow these steps:

4. Clean the cover and diffuser with a damp cloth.
5. Insert the diffuser into the cover and align the tabs on the cover with the slots in the hood.
6. Push the cover up into the hood and turn it clockwise until it is securely in place.
7. Insert a new bulb into the socket and turn the power back on.

It is not a mainstream maker, and Induction ranges were put on the home market when not really suitable for home use. In commercial use, which is my field, you pay $1,800 for a single hob and you expect it to fail after 2 years daily use. It is under warranty. Just make a claim. Gas is dangerous and can't be worked on unless you are a qualified technician.

My handyman just installed an inline dimmer switch on the wire leading to the oven fan. Turned down to halfway, there's now a gentle breeze, rather than a wind, coming from the oven door, and the noise is reduced as well. None of the wires are heating up at all. Seems to be a successful adaptation to an atrociously loud component of this otherwise lovely stove.

It's my understanding that when the range encounters an error, it flashed "E" and then the error code. As this occurs E as your turning it off, and not followed by an error code, it mat be a fluke in the design. I'd ask the dealer where you bought it, but if everythng is functioning normally, it's probably nothing of concern.

Hi Royce, for the oven temperature issue try to find the owners manual,it will give you information on how to offset the temperature setting so what you set is what you get. Now for the broiler, if it's an electronic ignition (goes click,click,click) the flame sensor might be bad or damaged. In either case call the store you bought it from or the factory authorized service provider. If it's only a month old it will be under warranty. Hope that helps.

The problem seems to be your thermal-couple safety valve. As when the valve does not get enough heat or has gone bad you have to replace it as the burner will not keep the flame going. If it is newer than two years it should still be under warranty and Bertozzoni will repair by calling 866 905 0010.
However, if it is older than two years there are five therma-couples on this Range I will need to know exactly which burners are working and which are not as to find out the part numbers.

In my case, the igniting wire was too close to another piece of metal. It was igniting upstream from the burner. All I did was push up on the wire, and the broiler started working again!
