Bosch 300 series condensing dryer. Hitting start gives two beeps, and it won't start. I tried cleaning the lint filter and the condensing unit. It is 3 days old.
After cleaning the sensor, filter screen, heat exchanger and still having the filter beeping problem, I saw that the reservoir where the condensed water gets pumped out was blocked with wet lint. The lint accumulated in the back wall (big circle) falls off and blocks the exit (small red circle) after cleaning that with a small wire brush (used for cleaning water bottle straws) the problem was solved. When this is clogged, it gets too hot and the lint filter goes off. Same goes for if the heat exchanger is heavily clogged. I take it out and hose it. Running under the faucet might not do it. You need pressure to blow all the lint out. Hope this helps.

My Bosch dryer WTl6500AU/07 is stuck on wrinkle mode
OP Text edited for clarity and spelling. Moved Category from Computers to Bosch Dryers.
This is how you reset. If that doesn't fix it, you will need a service call. It may need a main board, but they are expensive and should not be just changed on a guess.
How to Reset a Bosch Dryer
- Unplug the Bosch dryer from the power supply for 5 minutes and then reconnect to the power supply. Or
- Replace the local fuse or reset the circuit breaker if a fuse or circuit breaker has tripped. Then
- Place items to be dried into the dryer and select a program. ...
- Press "Start/Pause."

Trouble shooting 4100 Bosch motor
Replaced Amateur
Turning switch on trying to turn over ,but will not just a humming sound
Presumably an induction motor rather than a series wound brush type motor?
A single phase induction motor needs help to get started - without help it will just buzz, though it can be started in either direction by manually giving the shaft a vigorous twist...
The starting help is provided by an extra winding (start winding) that provides a phase shift to give the rotor a "kick" in the right direction and then is taken out of circuit. In the early days this was accomplished manually by a switch but later motors incorporated a centrifugal switch on the rotor shaft usually in series with a capacitor.
Lots of modern motors just have the capacitor in series with the start winding resulting in a lighter, cheaper and more compact unit though the capacitor is more highly stressed and fails much more often.

Bosh axxis filter. how do i clean it? soap and
First of all the item I referred to in my question is actually a heat exchanger located below the dryer drum.
The maintenance man in the condo said remove it and clean it with soap and water. I did have a garden hose with a sprayer so I used the bath tube to give it a good cleaning.
It now looks clean and I cleaned the housing where this part is located with vaccuum and wet cleaning.

Dryer wont start no errors
Electric dryer no start does nothing
Check dryer Terminal block prongs both outside prongs should give combined 220, and 110 each if u check 1 outside & 1 center (ground) prong. Also check house electrical outlet for full voltage.
CHECK THERMAL SHUT OFF THERMOSTAT USUALLY LOCATED ON THE BLOWER. for OHMS or resistance with a meter. Should show a closed circuit. Ohms WHEN THIS FUSE BLOWS IT WILL SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING.
NEXT Test the PUSH start switch with meter for OHMS. Should show OHMS when pushed in or on start, and no ohms or infinity when in off position.
If you hear a humming/clicking sound from motor area you more than likely have a bad motor.
Try this test out to see if u have weak windings or relay/capacitor on motor.
Open the dryer door and turn by hand the drum while machine is on ON position. And you or someone else presses the door engagement switch in. If it starts up then u have bad windings
Another thing to checkis the belt safety switch. With a multi meter.
Especially if u just replaced the belt. The belt safety switch is attached to the Tensioner and motor. IT LOOKS LIKE A DOOR SWITCH SOMEWHAT a little black pc of plastic with 2 prongs going into it. Sits at bottom of motor. Under the Tensioner. Attach meter clips to the 2 prongs on switch, Then when the little white push button is pressed in it should show continuity and none when released.
Lastly check ur DOOR SWITCH for continuity with a meter when the button is pushed in the (on/Door closed position,) it may have gone bad.

Lint filter light flashing...on off light
Had the same problem. I clean it the way you mention with the addtion of blowing compressed air through the vent pipe and it still failed to work. I unplugged the power for a couple of mintues, still did not work. I rotated the dial and pressed start at each position. In the "SHORT" position, it worked and subsequently worked in all positions there after.
Hi, I have a bosch maxx 7 sensitive dryer which won't start. It gives 3 beeps and 3 lights 'drying', 'iron dry' and 'end' are on. I've cleand the bottom and door filter. Any ideas pls?

Bosch nexxt 500 series dryer
I just had the same problem, motor runs but no heat. I had a fun time figuring out how take the front panel off, hint the rubber seal comes off easily. It looks like mine tripped the resettable over heat sensor. So far so good.
Cleaning the Air Vent
you can take it all apart and clean it by hand, or take the cap off the outside and use a leaf blower to push out all the build up
