First ... thx for your kindness towards mother natures critters,Ok your picture doesn't help much to identify the bird , i suggest calling the local bird watchers guild as soon as possible as the birds needs may be beyond what your abilities are. past that , eating and drinking is a key element in this birds survival, good luck !!!
