Hi there... firstly is this blender a USA or UK model and do you have a Multimeter handy? if you can remove the fuse from the plug (UK only) and test t through diode mode on a multimeter or Continuity test across the fuse terminals... if it beeps the fuse is good if nothing the fuse is blown we can move on from there

How old the blender? If it is quite new Contact Philips directly and they might be able to sell you one. You can also try websites like eBay.

I would try and search on the official website for the piece that had broke off your blender or buy a new blender then.

On my machine (DM1000) there is a kill switch on the top & back of the ice reservoir. If that gets broken/misaligned the shaver will not activate.

Time to use your warranty or throw it out. Not a serviceable product, you can't order a set of bearings for this. sorry

Some lubricant might make removal easy.

Same thing happen to my blinder, it uses 5A fuse 250V. But even if you replaced the fuse it still blow up... some other issue related that make the fuse blow

go on web to the manufacturer and find the parts catalogue and down load it from there.

if you can not find a switch to replace the bad then buy a new blender
