My rowenta steamer is working but with very little steam. I have only used a few times
make sure its not clog or the safe is not been kick.

My boiler keeps making a ringing sound. Like a
Note sure if its the same thing but my boiler (halstead Best 50) made a ringing sound just like you describe. It was the flue fan blades just catching the metal surround of the flue vent on occasions. It only happened when the boiler had been running a while. A new fan was fitted and everything ok now.
