Hi there all I have a SURESAFE electronic security safe MODEL-OWSAFE30ES (1) To set your own code first on safe(2) locate the red reset button on the hinge end of the door.(3) Press the red button, which will illuminate the yellow light on the keypad.(4) Now key in your new code (3 to 8 digits) and press A or B to end. Note you have 30 second to complete this step.(5) Test your new code whilst the door is open. Safe will beep twice to confirm code has been entered correctly, and knob can be turned clockwise.(6) Repeat process any time you wish to change your code.,Hope this help regards rick

3) drill the lock
these safes arent expensive , cheaper to drill the lock and replace that a lock smith , but get a quote

Called "handing" the lock (left-hand or right hand door hinges):Remove the battery pack. Keep the door open.Hold down the "Lock" button on the exterior keypad and at the same time, insert the battery pack into the interior assembly. Keep holding down the lock button until you hear two beeps, which will take approximately 30 seconds. Strange that an internal door has one of those! No, you will need a locksmith or some way to get in the room another way (window, cut a hole in drywall). Or you spring the door jambs apart and slip the lock. Sometimes you can remove the hinge pins. Or drill the key lock out with a Carbide Drill. Put the safe on your lap and bounce it on your knees and keep tying to turn the knob I had it opened in less then 10 seconds! And the batteries were dead this really does work.

I have a N 15115 safe I can not fine the key nor can I recall the number to open it. The safe I have the key sits behind the batteries and is hidden can you please let me know how I can open it regards Ian
