There is a capacitor on the back of the display board. It just needs changing for a new one. If you can remove it, you can take it to any electronics or television repairer. The capacitors are the same. Or you can buy a new display for $490.36!!

You need to read the oven manual on how to start the self-cleaning cycle. You cannot use an oven cleaner like Easyoff as it can destroy the surface that's meant to be self cleaning. The oven door will lock during the cycle and during the cool down, so it can't be opened during the cleaning cycle.

on a multi-element fan assisted oven, one of the element may have failed

If it's gas, you need a technician.
