Maybe hold down all the buttons at one time until the factory setting screen appears. Sometimes under the setting screens there will be a factory reset icon. Best of Luck!

Go to settings, click on apps, scroll down to walmart app, click on it, then hit uninstall. Should remove the app instantly. :-)

It is very possible that the earphone jack is defective and causing the problem. I had a tablet that would not make any sounds through the speakers after I plugged into the earphone jack and then removed the plug. I could hear only through the earphones after that. The problem was caused by a fault in the earphone jack. I had to send the tablet back to the manufacturer where they replaced the faulty jack. But before you send the tablet back to the manufacturer make sure that the tablet isn't muted by going to "settings" then go to "sound" and see if it is turned down or muted.

Plug it into your charger and ensure it charges. Find Settings then General and tap on Software Update. Follow the prompts and ensure it stays on the charger!

Well. every store has limits on returns, whether it is 7 days or 30 days or 1 year. The store has the right to set their own terms and conditions, in US and Canada there is no statutory right of return on most retail purchases (unless it is not the item that you agreed to purchase). Those policies will be posted in the store, or on their website, or even on your printed receipt. It's up to you to seek that information out. You didn't say how long you have had it, but I am guessing it is past the return policy limit.

On your Fire tablet, go to Settings > Security & Privacy, then tap Apps from Unknown Sources to enable it. Open the web browser on your Kindle and download the following files on your tablet: Google Account Manager APK.

This should solve the issue.
