try to print anything from your pc if its working that means you have something wrong with scan unit,but if its blank too make sure that your copier has toner and get yourself a new drum unit.

hi. that problem is related with the laser unit. you should search for service center

go to control panel--to add a printer--click on the printer and you will see whats printing highlight each line in the print task que one at a time and cancel print the command is probably in a loop and it will print the previous print instruction over until the task is deleted

If you have the install disc, click start, control panel,uninstall a program , find and uninstall the printer, insert install disc and follow instructions.

I can't understand people who make a password and forget it , KEEP a copy in a safe place, yes there is soft ware that can find passwords , and yes you will loose all information with a reset.

You don't say what system is in use , if Win 10 they may not have a driver to suit, google the printer model and see if they have a driver you can download. all so click start , right click devise and printers, click open , right click printer image, click troubleshoot and follow instructions.
