Unplug your unit, then remove motor shroud . Next step is to locate the motor control board and plug you unit in. Your board should light up with red ,green, or amber L E Ds now manually move the running belt and you should see one of those lights flickers that should tell us the speed sensor is working, if not it needs to be replaced , their maybe other issues, Unplug unit then find the red and black wire that connects the motor to board disconnect them used a simple DC power source like a 9v battery connect them to the motor leads and if the motor armature rotates then all problems point to the motor controll board.

I have a Proform 860, I moved it to another room

Hello. Check these items:
1. The outlet - plug something else into that same outlet to be sure you don't have a blown fuse or a kicked circuit breaker. 2. The treadmill key. Remember that your treadmill will not turn on with out the little magnetic key in place. 3. The switch on the treadmill near where the power cord goes into the machine.
Hopefully one of these will solve your problem. Regards, Joe

I have a cardiozone CZE

The code indicates lack of feedback data from the belt motor. The recommended fix is to re-calibrate. Here are the calibration instructions.

Our treadmill is equipped with a software package that will perform a calibration sequence unique to
your specific model number. Please perform the following steps to calibrate the CARDIOZONE
ELITE TREADMILL.
1. Unplug power cord from outlet strip.
2. Attach Safety Key to console.
3. Plug power cord into outlet strip.
4. Initiate calibration sequence. Locate hole on the back of the console and insert the eraser end of a
pencil through the hole and press the calibration switch twice. As show on page 14.
5. CL21 should appear in the Time window, if not, continue to press the calibration switch until CL21
appears.
Note: During the calibration sequence, the Time window will display which step you are at in the
process (C21, C22, C23 and so on). The CAL/DIST window will display which key should be entered
next. For example, “E” for Enter, “P” for Power, or “SS” for Start / Stop.
6. CL21: MPH or KPH will be flashing in the Speed window, pressing the Speed +/ - button will toggle
options. Choose MPH (KPH), press Enter.
7. CL22: 8, 10, or 12 (13, 16, or 20 in KPH mode) will be displayed in the Speed window, pressing the
Speed +/ - button will toggle options. Choose 10 (or 16 for KPH mode), press Enter.
8. CL23: FFF, UUU, or HHH will be displayed in the Speed window, pressing the Speed +/ - button
will toggle options. Choose UUU, press Enter.
9. CL24: 111 or 222 will be displayed in the Speed window, pressing the Speed +/ - button will toggle
options. Choose 222, press Enter.
10. CL25: AL1 or AL2 will be displayed in the Speed window, pressing the Speed +/ - button will
toggle options. Choose AL2, press Enter.
11. CL26: OPA or OPI will be displayed in the Speed window, pressing the Speed +/ - button will
toggle options. Choose OPA, press Enter.
12. CL27: Blank (nothing), “a”, “b”, “c”, or “d” will be displayed in the Incline window, pressing the
Speed +/ - button will toggle options. Choose Blank, press Enter.
13. CAL/DIST window will display “E”, Press Enter. “55” will display in CAL/DIST window.
14. Press Start/ Stop.
15. At this time, make sure you are not standing on the walking belt, as the machine will automatically
initiate belt movement and run through a complete calibration and diagnostic routine.
Press Enter, belt will begin to move, unit will begin self-calibration.
16. When Speed and Incline calibration has finished, press Power button twice, display should blank,
and treadmill should be ready for use.
To avoid possible damage to the treadmill and the possibility of injury, do not
operate the treadmill until the problem is corrected. Call Keys Technical Service
at (888) 340-0482.

Good Luck! I hope this is very helpful!

What is the maintenance required for folding exercise bikes?

Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the frame, seat, pedals, and any other accessible surfaces with a damp cloth to remove sweat, dust, and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the bike's finish.

Lubrication: Apply lubricant to the moving parts such as the hinges, pedals, and resistance mechanism according to the manufacturer's recommendations. This helps prevent rust and ensures smooth operation.

Tightening: Periodically check and tighten all bolts, screws, and nuts to prevent loosening during use. Pay particular attention to the folding mechanism to ensure it remains secure.

Inspecting: Examine the bike for any signs of wear or damage, such as frayed cables, worn pedals, or loose components. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage and ensure safety.

Storage: When not in use, fold the bike properly and store it in a clean, dry area away from moisture and direct sunlight. This helps prolong its lifespan and prevents corrosion.

Battery maintenance: If your folding exercise bike includes electronic components such as a display console, ensure that the batteries are replaced as needed to maintain proper functionality.

Regular servicing: Consider scheduling periodic maintenance checks with a professional technician to ensure all components are in good working condition and to address any potential issues before they escalate.

Promaster pro plus 2 error code 31

Error 31 on your Promaster Pro Plus 2 treadmill could indicate a variety of issues, such as a problem with the motor or the motor controller. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Power cycle the treadmill: Turn off the treadmill and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, simply resetting the treadmill can resolve error codes like Error 31.
  2. Check the motor connections: Make sure all the wires and connections to the treadmill motor are secure and properly connected. Loose connections could cause error codes to appear.
  3. Inspect the motor controller: The motor controller regulates the speed and operation of the treadmill motor. Check for any visible signs of damage or overheating on the motor controller. If you notice any issues, you may need to replace the motor controller.
  4. Contact customer support: If you're unable to resolve the issue on your own, it's best to contact the manufacturer's customer support for assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps for your treadmill model and may be able to offer a solution or arrange for repairs if necessary.
By following these steps, you can hopefully resolve Error 31 on your Promaster Pro Plus 2 treadmill and get it working again.

My treadmill not running after 7 seconds display shows

" after 7 seconds display shows.... "?? What does it show? All questions need full 'make model(what it is)' as first 3 words please. After 7 seconds it is likely to be overheating, stress on the belt, or the speed sensor has failed self test. Treadmills may stop due to several reasons: shut-down features to prevent overheating, excessive friction on the running belt, worn-out walking belts, and error codes indicating software or hardware issues.
