How to recovery from boot loop?
Are you familiar with wireshark or other packet sniffers? You might consider running wireshark on the network to see exactly what the phone is doing when it boots. It might be configured to connect to a TFTP server or something on boot, to look for a firmware or config file update.

You need to make sure that your laptop and IP phone are on the same network subnet. For instance, if you IP phone's IP address is 192.168.2.24 than your laptop must be on the same network addressing scheme, such as 192.168.2.23.<a href="http://www.ciscopowercube.com">Cisco CP-PWR-CUBE3</a>

Through menu:Network -> WAN connection Tupe - Static -> Current IP - Enter New IP.Or by web or in DHCP make reservation for your Phone's MAC address
