if you have a google account, you can do this option

1. When you try different patterns and unable to unlock your phone in five attempts. Then a message pop-up and shows two buttons "next" and "try again".

if you don't have your google account, you can do the recovery option, but you will lose all your data in there

1. Power off your phone.

6. After factory reset completes, it again shows you android system recovery screen. Now select reboot option and after restart it will not ask you for pattern.

Sounds like you have a bad battery or your charger isn't working.

Go to Google or you tube and enter the information of you device that you intend to fix. I did it when my clr get broken , I get a video step by step. Good luck.

Check the output of the charger to make sure its delivering the proper voltage to the tablet.

Polarity or voltage? Most adapters are AC , tablets usually 5v 2amp

Either you have a bad battery or the charger is not putting out the correct voltage to charge it. Check the output of the charger, if its OK, the batery is bad.

Try opening the kyros on the babk might be hard but woth it text me back tell a perent or someone to open it you might do damage

Recharge battery. If it does not recharge, replace the battery with a new one.

So it wont do anything else you need to let the battery die chage it then ask me if it works ok

Try using another app for touch screen calibration.
