more than likely all you have to do is just do a factory reset you do this by pushing the power button and the down volume at the same time and then when you see the Android Logo , let the power button go. It will then go into the reset mode. look for factory data reset use the arrow keys on the volume button to maneuver, the power key to choose option. reset to factory settings. you lose all your data but the lock will be gone.:-D

more than likely it's going to be one of these two things. Number 1 the battery is going out. Number 2. check the charging port to make sure that the their separation between the connectors. If there's any damage on the charging port or the plug, you could be cross wires and causing it to overheat. If the charge port and the plug look fine, check Amazon.com for battery a replacement. you will have to change that yourself but you find a real cheap price saving from 5x to ten times the cost of the battery as to have some else replace it for you.

Factory Reset: go to Settings from the home screen. Click on "Privacy" and then click on "Factory Data Reset." Go through the data reset process. This will remove all personal data from the device. Or Shutdown the tab, enter the recovery console by holding both the return button and the power button until you see the android icon with a triangle. Probablemente tienes que resetear to Tablet al los ajustes de fabrica. Si tiene teclas de subir bajar volumen hay que oprimirlas juntas y despues encender tu tablet. Aparecera un menu de texto para elegir lo que quieres hacer, elige Factory Setting. Espero te sirva.. Si no tiene teclas de volumen intenta con otras teclas o botones de la tablet.

Hi Elena, you can follow this procedure to reset your tablet. Turn off the tablet. Hold the back button and power button. This will take you into the recovery menu, use the volume keys to go through the menus. Select wipe data/factory reset and press the back button. I hope this helps.
