you usally need to charge new out of box tablets for 24hrs before activating them. Not sure why they dont run / charge faster off USB or AC power. If it still wont let u in on back is a pin hole for resetting back to factory. BUT first remove any SD or USB apters,, If u use AMAZON want to talk to them or the outlet who sold it . can u take pic of the inside for me? Alot of the time ribbins connections or ports and yes wires come loose. But wires rarely break inside the case. They can come loose due to bad sodering. Most of these tablets have a speaker wire with is sodered to the speaker on back of housing and even I have pulled the loose on cases that wont pop off the tabs. Post a pic for me and ill look and see what where and maybe how to go from there.. Goodluck Chad man

First, make sure that your computer is discoverable in network settings if you're using a PC. If you're using a MAC it should see it automatically and ask you if you would like to connect, just follow the prompts. In windows you have to add it to your network and you can do this by going to the Windows help and type "How do I connect a Wifi product to my network" and you should find step by step in structions on how to do this.

The battery will die soon...or pull the battery if you can. Then restart it.

If they are hard buttons, meaning not (software) then yes. The digitizers are usually pretty expensive $100+ and you will need tools to open the tablet. ifixit.com has tools. You may need to get the parts from ebay though.

Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds. It should hard reset. If it still get stuck. Power it off. Press the power button then press and hold the power + silver back button for about 8 seconds. You should get a menu that will allow you to factory reset the tablet.

Take off the back and replace your memory card
