The internal flash memory is broken you may have a broken logic board. If you're out of warranty, somebody has to open the device and replace the logic board. The part is available on ebay. On youtube you will find a guide on how to disassemble an Acer tablet. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you. If you just purchased this unit. Then it is covered under warranty. If power is the issue and you are sure it is charged. Then your unit has a bad Main board or battery. You either have too many Apps running (at the same time) or you have been hacked with a virus. I would venture on the first one. You have to see what programs (Apps) you have running and attempt to shut them down. Then your machine will be happy. Or upgrade the RAM if possible. check the on off switch and the battery, if its something other than this it will have to go to a repair center . which more than likely will cost as much as a new tablet.

Press and hold the power on off button while holding vol key up for about 10 seconds untill android logo shows up then release buttons that should take u to the recovey menu once ur there scroll down to factory settings or data wipe select it with onboff button once ur done select reboot system now that should fix ur problem
