Try changing the driver

Possible ribbon tear causes are: 1. Your Heat setting (Printhead temp) is too high - normal is about 10 2. You have something stuck on one of the surfaces the ribbon is contacting, i.e. a piece of label. 3. Something is out of place that is contacting the ribbon, i.e. a loose spring or wire. 4. Something is bent and/or out of alignment - look for where the ribbon starts tearing and examine that area carefully.

Just print out the configuration through test button

Slide the green plastic sensor outward by 4mm at the time then press feed. See if that fix it, if not check your sensor setting against the labels used.

You will have to go to settings and alignment option. You may also have to pick out a different paper size option.

Make sure you are using the correct and most updated driver.
