the process com.dell.launcher has stopped unexpectedly

on some notebooks if you hold shift control then zero it should resset the bios passwaord to get back in.. serch the del site for your model nad it should give you tips on how to do it .. but i know for toshiba that is works remember contol+ shift +zero should reset pw.

buy a wired mouse,simple,plug it.will work.

1.Click once on the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the laptop screen on the task bar to open the volume control.
2.Click and hold the slider control with the left mouse button or the left button on the touch pad, then drag the control higher to increase the volume on the built-in speakers.
3.Click the "Start" or Microsoft flag button in the lower left corner to access the Dell's Control Panel. Click twice on the Control Panel.
4.Click "Hardware and Sound" then click "Adjust System Volume" under the "Sound" listings.
5.Click and drag the slider control to adjust the sound level, then click the "X" box in the upper right corner to close the application.

Welcome to Fixya. We need to check if this is a problem with the charger or with the tablet. If it is possible for you to use a different charger so that we can check if the tablet will charge or not. If the tablet will not charge using a working charger it means that this is a problem with the device but it if the system will charge it means that the issue is caused by the charger. One reason why the unit will not turn on is because it can be that the battery charge is low or empty.

How long does the battery last, when you use your computer WITHOUT the AC adapter connected?

Did you purchase a 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year warranty?
If the latter, you could exercise the warranty, and get the battery replaced.

Do you have any friends with a compatible laptop?
Does their battery charge to 100% in your computer?
Does your battery charge to 100% in their computer?

Have you looked on eBay to purchase a replacement battery?
Or, there is a company in Seattle that takes your battery,
opens it up, replaces the cells, closes it, and ships it back to you.
This could be less expensive than buying a new genuine-DELL battery.

which dell tablet? what operating system? are you using usb port? have you tried more than one usb port?
if so usb port drivers get corrupted in windows xp and xp media center alot. my suggestion is reinstall the chipset driver.
