Denon X6700h has no power at all.

If there is a fuse, it will be on the power board, easy to spot, a glass cased fuse, or a small white ceramic fuse. Normally though, a 125,000 volts wrecks everything connected to power. https://www.google.com/search?q=Denon+X6700h+has+no+power ..

Denon 687 ,,,,red light is on then I push the power button and it blinks green and their stays green but no display at all nothing else lights up

Considering you have a standby light we know the hot side of the power board is working, next step is test the power on signal coming from the main board, it should be marked on the legend on the power board what pin is power on, will be marked PO_ ON PWR or something like that, you need at least 3 vdc there when you turn the set on, if it's missing replace the main board, if you see voltage replace the power board, easy simple fix with only one measurement, verses guessing what board is bad. Sorry you didn't get any other useful help, there are some posters on here giving non helpful generic help anyone would know to try

Completely clueless on setting up Denon 1709 AVR

Yes, you can still use the speakers even if they are not currently connected to a TV. To connect the speakers to your computer, you will need an audio cable with 3.5mm plugs on both ends. One end will plug into the headphone jack on your computer, and the other end will plug into the input on the speakers. Some speakers may also have RCA input, in which case you will need an RCA-to-3.5mm audio cable. If you have a newer computer with only a digital output (such as a USB-C port), you may need to use an audio interface or a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) to convert the digital signal to analog so you can plug it into your speakers. Once the speakers are connected to your computer, you can adjust the volume using the volume controls on your computer or the speakers themselves. It's important to note that your TV will not be able to use the speakers unless they are connected to it.

A DVD playing on my Denon 1805 froze. I usually can fast fwd past such problems, but ng. I replaced the disc and now it won't it load. I tried a 2nd DVD and it also won't load. What is my problem?

Verify that the disc turns, put it in the tray, observe the position, enter it, wait for the indication of "No Disc" and remove the disc, if it is in the same place, apparently, it would have problems in the disc engine Another way to check if the engine works, play an audio CD, if you read it, apparently the engine, it would not be the cause of the failure If I notice that I turn, I could have dirt problems in the lens of the reader, proceed to clean it with a cotton swab and if you do not know how to do it, contact a technical service Another option, it is possible that your reader is under power to read the DVD Verifique que el disco gire, p?ngalo en la bandeja, observe la posici?n, ingreselo, espere a la indicaci?n de "No Disc" y saque el disco, si esta en el mismo lugar, aparentemente , tendr?a problemas en el motor del disco Otra forma de chequear si el motor funciona, reproduzca un CD de audio, si lo lee, aparentemente el motor, no seria el causante de la falla Si observo que giro, podr?a tener problemas de suciedad en el lente del lector, proceda a limpiarlo con un hisopo de algod?n y si no sabe como hacerlo, dir?jase a un servicio t?cnico Otra opci?n, es posible que su lector esta bajo de potencia para leer los DVD

Denon avr 589 shuts off with no speakers connected and no volume

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. https://homenol.blogspot.com/ https://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device, [Exclude the model number] in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Denon 1513 overheating

It's possible that it might be a fault on the unit. One or more of the output devices could have a thermal problem. However at 80 watts it might be driving the amp a bit too hard, maximum for it seems to be between 75 and 110. Are all channels capable of delivering the 80 that is the question? If one is capable of only 75, then the answer will be that channel is the one overheating. If that is the case you would be better with an AVR that can deliver 100 watts on all channels. As for the choice go for what you can afford and look at the customer reviews closely. They are the best guide to a decent bit of kit.
