Try a different card. Half the time the help desk give you wrong info to get you off the phone.

Hello, when a phone does not charge, it means that the phone charger or the port at which the charger is inserted in the phone is faulty.

Might be due to dust or dirt. You can Clean charging port on the phone with a brush and alcohol to remove dirt.

After cleaning it,if still not charging, you can test charger with another phone to be sure if the charger is working. And if charger works with another phone,that means the charging port on the phone is faulty and will need to replaced.

Follow the following:
>Call Center at the bottom
>General call settings
>03 Speed dial
>Check that "enable speed dial" is on
Then
>02 Set number
>You will see a list of "empty"
>Touch on the one you want to assign a number
>Edit
>this takes you to your phone book
>Choose a name from your list and save it to your speed dial.
>To call the number from your speed dial list, click on the "Phone dial" icon, and hold the number down. For example, is the number 2 is home, hold 2 down until you see it dial and there you have it.

unfortunately you would need to format your device to get back access to it, or if there is a forget password feature active then you can use that. try putting in the wrong pin a couple times.

I recommend taking the phone to your phone carrier's store. They will answer all questions and even set it all up for you for free. Usually, the reason for a dual simcard is because the USA/Canada uses one type of system and EU etc use a different system, and it allows you to switch between the two automatically.

you need to do the hard reset, but that will erase all data inside your phone.

I tried to search and found lots of complaints that theres only Chinese user guide.

send it back your phone is messed up

you need to contact the company that you got it from or void the free part of it
