There has to be some form of a fuse that is in the AC power line, it may be a square ceramic fuse or a regular cartridge fuse, chances are its blown if the set is dead after a lightning storm, unfortunately if you replace it there is a really good chance it will blow again, if it does then the rectifier diodes would be shorted and need replacing or you could replace the power supply if your unable to repair it yourself

go to you tube and lern how. lol.

The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. Hi power board might have shut down ,/ turn power of from the wall for a few minutes it might reset if this doesn't work u might have to get a technician to check it ..cheers

You can try removing the LVDS cable that goes from the main board to the Tcon board and make sure its seated correctly, also remove the 2 flat connectors that go from the Tcon board to the panel and make sure they are all the way in when you close the flap that holds them in but chances are your going to need a new Tcon board
