First, go to the installed directory, then game folder, open the fifasetup folder and open fifaconfig.exe. click on game settings and check the "disable Windows aero theme" option click ok and run the game. It worked on my Windows 7.Hope I helped.

The shortcut may be disabled or pointed in the wrong folder locate where the game is installed in your computer C: drive > programs, the game folder and look for the game name with exe as the extension - double click > If the game launches then delete the icon on ur desktop - right click the .exe file and create shortcut on desktop. if it does not then u may have re install the game
