Nevertheless, you should contact your local distributor, and after providing the product serial number, they can generate a reset user and password, that shall be used only once, and then, you must enter a new user/password combo.

Video loss
Go into the camera settings and lower the brightness. if that doesent work you have to adjust the Iris on the camerss.

Cannot view cameras live
Make sure your monitor is pluged into the input that is labeled Main Monitor or the VGA . it cant be pluged into the spot monitors .
Its the one on the bottom left . you probebly have it pluged into the call monitor output.

Red lan light is on
Make sure you go to camera settings and uncheck Alarm output and set to NONE .its under the Box with the little Camera in the menu.

How do I change the time and date?
Go to Menu then login then goto the System Settings .
Then go to the tab Date/Time. Dont forget to set the time format and the time zone .

Formatting disks for ecor4f
The only way to fix a disk failure is to replace the hard drive. Once hard drive is replaced, if the unit doesn't give an on screen display
stating 'new hard drive detected: format now?' go into the menu
, to the disk section, & select 'format'. Problem should be resolved.
