you need to be more specific, You cant get your facebook to load? you can't log in? you cant stay logged in? what?

you have had to have given them a backup email address, and phone number. That's how I have done it.

merry christmas maybe you have to change your enternet or check your settings

There have been a number of scams on Facebook with similar sounding named gift cards. If you purchased any, you have been defrauded.

Could you use another device's history that was connected to that same Facebook account? Ex: Facebook is on your smartphone, but you also used your tablet or laptop in the past. Good luck! P.S. The key is the devices History, the further back you can go the better your chances are of finding a in.
