If you cannot change to any program,worth checking out that the open door switch and cradle has not become dislodged etc,had same prob and fixed it,door latch out placement.

you have something in the pump or pump is burned out. find the pump: take the back off the wwasher, follow two 1 inch(or about that size) hoses, attached to these hoses is a pump. now, dissconnect hoses ( have towels and buckets ready to catch water) and remove cover on pump. Inpect inside fins to see if there is something keeping them from not moving.
