However, since the asker's vote is weighted proportionally higher in the displayed rating, a question that has actually received many Thumbs Ups from other users will have a lower displayed rating if the asker gave it a low vote. Can you please provide additional information? What type of device are you using, what steps have you taken to attempt to install the application, what error message (if any) are you receiving?

Go to profile, & search for settings open it there will be the option for changing the password

People post questions or problems and other people post answers or solutions.

goto my profile and you can find my solutions menu there and click it to see all the questions you answered

Currently you cannot edit a problem or comment. Usually what I do is if I make a mistake I just add an additional comment with the information corrected.Hope that helps!

I had the same trouble last week - after typing the answer I found I had to copy it and refresh the page and then paste the text and click on post the answer when it would hang until the page was refreshed again and the answer would be posted. It became normal after a couple of days.

Wow, well that's dumb. I should absolutely be able to delete a "solution" and you might want to consider making it possible to "comment" as opposed to every form of communication being either problem or solution.

Yes, experts are paid to answer questions by customers. Customers only pay if they are satisfied with the solution provided.
