This probably caused by an feature called 'Face Unlock'; either uninstall or disable it. Usually this done by Settings --> Apps --> (All -->) Face Unlock --> disable / uninstall. Or when you actually really like that feature, make sure you've updated your phone and that Face Unlock app to the latest version. PS: What it actually means is the Android System UI component has crashed (and will automatically restarted afterwards). Depends on what you are trying to do. To use the Nabi2 as an adult tablet, put it into mommy or daddy mode, then use the settings to have it run in parent mode as the default. Other apps have parental controls, but I think you may be looking to have it turn on into parent mode.

If its an android device. Hold the volume and power down button down at the same time. I've done this to reset a working tablet. It might work for you
