Hi. I have a problem
Do you have Windows 10? As there may be an issue with screen rotation.
However to check your settings:
- Place the tablet into Pad/Tablet mode.
- Click the Start menu and select Settings.
- Click System.
- Click Display.
- Scroll down and check the status of Lock rotation of this display .
Some keys not working
Keyboard no good. Just get a new one since you also have an intermittent situation that sooner or later will stop working permanently.

Try doing a system defragmentation, your programs may be so fragmented that loading time is impaired. Also clean up the hard drive by doing a Disk cleanup. Both of these tools are in the popup menu on the start page under the Accessories menu and then the System Tools menu.
