Sounds like there is an issue with your browser. Under "File" in the top left corner, select Update, and you should be prompted with an update for whichever browser you are using.
If this does not fix your problem, then you may need to use a different browser, like Firefox Mozilla. This browser works for most plug-in applications.

Sounds like there is a problem with the disc drive. Check the warranty status by calling Sony and giving them the serial number. If it is still under warranty, you can send it in and have them repair it. If not, you can still send it in and have them repair it for a reasonable fee, usually around $200.

Depends on what system you are on. If you are on console, go into the "Manage Games" section. If on PC, go into the control panel, Uninstall Programs, and then find the item you wish to uninstall.

Try turning your machine off and on again, then running the update without interrupting it. Sometimes they take a while in initiate the actual install.

Technically, ALL PS3 games are compatible. You are just using another form of controller, so any games that you would want to use it for will probably work just fine!

Your RCA tablet most likely lacks the processing power to run the higher end consoles, but will run Gameboy and GB Advance emulators just fine. You will need to own the physical copy of the game you are trying to play, and then download the ROM for the digital copy online.

Most lower end tablets lack the processing power to run many emulators, especially ones that require a lot of it like the Playstation emulator. You should be able to run Gameboy and Gameboy Advance emulators with no issue, though.
