Most likely the igniter is no good and does'nt get hot enough 2 start the oven. Check and make sure their is no blockage to the burners sometimes they get loaded with food and or dust

Garland have there own web site for ranges , 6 burner garlands are used in catering . AS for repairing it don't know . Its not that hard I have done a few most parts are good to get .

no the modification from natural to propane or from propane to natural gas requires a jet change for all burners and an air flow shroud position change to get the correct blue flame ( correct air /fuel ratio) it is a job for a gas fitter who will have the correct jets for each burner and will know how to adjust the shrouds
