Does only one letter look like an upside down F? If so, the code is probably tF, turbo Freeze. That actually indicates a feature in use. The coolant system should have the fan running on high, even when the door is open. Depending on the refrigerator, press and hold the Freezer button for 3+ seconds or press the Express Mode key to disable the turbo freeze mode. Since the refrigerator isn't cooling, clean the coils. Check for any areas that have ice on or near the coils. That will indicate a refrigerant leak and a service call is required. Check if the fan is moving.
