Could be so many things. The quickest possible fix is to press control-alt-delete and go into task manager. Search the processes tab for anything that may be your camera and kill that process. It may be that another program has incorrectly attached to it which prevents others from opening it. The first step though would be to reboot, then do the task manager step.

Hello,There should not be a password set for the BIOS unless you set it. The only way around this is to take the battery out of the BIOS so the BIOS resets itself.I hope this helps.
