Looking for j-hook for a hobart c-210 mixer. Does anyone know if there is an after/compatible hook for this machine?

Try a Commercial Kitchen equipment repairer or supplier. They may have what you are chasing.

Hobart 140 Qt Mixer 4 speed. needs the oil changed? what kind of oil to use?

You can use a heavy weight gear oil or call the local hobart branch for it.To remove oil----Look under the mixer where the beater shaft is in the back and you will see a three quarter inch nut, remove this nut and drain the oil then put nut back in.To fill the unit remove the top cover screws and remove the top,you will see a long hexagon nut in length, remove this and grab a funnel then add the oil---be patient it takes time to fill as the oil is heavy.

Hobart d300 I am looking for the capacitor location

Can you locate the motor?

See parts manual at link below. It doesn't show exactly where the cap is mounted but you should be able to follow leads from the motor to capacitor.

I have a Hobart A200. My first gear it's spinning but I can actually hold it with my hands and will not spin, actually when I whip 4LB of bread dough it just wont spin, the hook gets jam

You have lost 1st gear. The gearbox will require dismantling and replacement of the 1st gear part (diving key) if they are still avaliable. I wouldrecommend contacting yout local hobart call center and speaking to their technical team about the age and probability of parts

Hobart A200 lost 1st gear. 2nd and 3rd work fine. 1st will spin ever so slowly, but as soon as you touch the planetary it it stops moving.

There is a small diving key in the gearbox that has most likely snapped. If this is an old model a200 then this part may not be avaliable any more. You would need to contact your local hobart service center to find out if the parts are avaliable still. These are fantastic machine that will work forever and a year, they certainly don't build them like those anymore

Hobart A200 1st and 2nd gear have same speed after lever was removed and reinstalled.

I took mine apart completely and reassembled everything and greased everything and mine is doing the same thing. I'm thinking, also, that it is the tightening of the top lock nut.

I have a older Hobart N50 mixer. I am trying to remove the planetary shaft. I removed the pin on the gear. How do you remove the shaft off of the gear to pull it out on the planetary side?

After the pin is removed, place a flat-blade screw driver at opposite sides of the planetary in the small gap between it and the housing. Gently pry off the planetary.

I have a Hobart A-200T mixer. What what gear grease and how much to use for the transmission gears? Serial #11-44-651, ML #38907

what ever the grease is used it must be food grade grease even though the mixer is old, the grease and oils will still be the same and may even be better than original specs what is more important is the replacement of the shaft seals to prevent lubricant leakage
