Visio M601D-A3. When turned on no picture just red,green,and blue vertical stripes. Audio is ok

Sounds like a panel fault. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Screen-shots to defective panels are shown. You can compare it to that of your TV's and can make sure about the fault.
