How do I unlock the screen lock
There are two ways. First is to enter you phone by using your Google account, registered with this phone before. And you must have an internet at this moment.
Next way is to do a factory reset but this will erase all your information.
Press and hold Volume UP + Home + Power On button together. This will enter you in the Android System Recovery menu. Look at this manual, this is different model but the operation is similar:

First method:
1.At the very beginning hold down the Power key in order to switch off the cell phone.
2. HardReset.info: Then hold and press the Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds
3. You can release held keys when the phone's logo appears on the screen.
4. Select using Volume buttons option "wipe data/factory reset", and confirm that with Power rocker.
5. In the next step choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with Power key.
6. Now choose option "reboot system now" by using Power button.
7. HardReset.info: Success! The hard reset has just been performed.
