Has 4 bulb capacity and for a long time only 2 of the 4 would work. The other two would blow out. Last week the replacement bulbs blew out as soon as we flipped the swith then there was a burn smell.

WAIT! Are you SURE the 98480-02 is burnt? This is part of the FAN circuits and NOT your lights? But wait again! Here is ANOTHER Link complaining about LIGHTS and this FAN module (who knew!): 98480X Hunter Fan Control Switch Repair (I know, their photo does NOT match your part) IF it is burnt here is a replacement for under $9 https://www.lightingdirect.com/craftmade-4565uf-ceiling-fan-triple-capacitor/p3035848?uid=3035848 It's proper name is: "Hunter Fan model 98480X control switch". hunter-eaoijinx41nhud1u1pcg0e2z-1-0.jpg Anthony

Auto recovery mode raises the temperature above

Hummm... how far is your Thermostat from your heater? I am reading your extensive manual but there is no mention of that distance? There was a early mention of batteries? Are yours fresh? Is this a 'new' problem? Has it worked properly before? Then there is this from the manual: The installer can set SYSTEM functions once the thermostat is installed. The default settings are shown in bold in the following list. Options are listed inside the parentheses. Example: the default SYSTEM TYPE is CONVENTIONAL with (HEAT PUMP) as a second option. See pages 28-29 to change these settings. Have you tried resetting your Thermostat?? Sometimes these basic 'onboard' computers get confused... especially true with lots of 'options'... It's a little hassle to get a DIGITAL copy of your manual (I am not a Robot ~ etc) ~ but here it is: Download manual TROUBLESHOOTING begins at Page 68 Anthony

I have a hunter ceiling fan every thing works but the light blinks on and off no mater if the fan is runing or not.it blinks real fast.

It sounds like you may have an electrical wire at the light itself which is loose. You can check it simply by shutting off the wall switch, and the breaker that controls it. Then remove the case to get access to the light and check for a loose wire. The socket, if it has one to screw a bulb into, may just be coming apart, at which time you would need remove it and put in a new socket. Don't do it with power on.
