You may have to Reformat your hard drive first. The current hard rive may have a bad operating system on it or one that is newer than XP. In some cases, when a computer has a more current operating system installed, it will not allow an older operating system to write over it. That is why I said, reformat the hard drive. Remember, hardware drivers are written for Windows 10 now, so old drivers may not be functional any longer.

The function key could be damaged or stuck down. If not, try going to Device Manager. Right click on the Keyboard and choose Properties. Click on Update Driver as it might find something. Reboot the computer. If that doesn't work, go to Device Manager, right click on the keyboard, choose Uninstall, and reboot the computer. Are you sure your device is properly connected to your wifi? i mean are you able to browse google with it? Because it seems your device is not really connected to wifi or getting a limited connectivity.

It sounds like a hardware button faults from your monitor. Maybe due to dirt inside, you can shake your monitor gently if possible.

Have you tried sorting on the items column?

My HP server has a ton of settings in the bios. One of these settings controls how, and if, the operating system sees cards. I would go through the BIOS slowly, it is probably there.
