How do I charge My Pronto M51 motorized wheelchair?

Margie,   Yes you may charge it overnight. If you use it everyday, charge it every night. Once the charger senses 24 volts it stops sending a charge,so they cannot be overcharged.  I suggest when you go to bed put on the charger and unplug it when you get up in the morning.

Lynx scooter full charge will not move

Sounds like a wire has broken or come apart. If playing with the neck it starts sometimes that is the area that could be the problem.

Brakes wont unlock

if you put pressure on the chair in one direction or the other while trying to disable the brakes it will make it difficult to move the lever. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/bill_bcbb89783b08c489

We have a pronto m51 and the amber light is on after we unplug it from the wall, and it won't move at all.

Hi flashing lights 8 times (Controller fault.). if the batteries haven't been used for several years U might have to replace them .U can buy a BATTERY LOAD TESTER OF E/BAY cost approx,$36..this will give U an accurate test on the condition of the batteries ,good luck 26346437-e5jkhq4oawb2rbtt3t2s2xlr-3-0.jpg

The lights are flashing and it will not do anything. I plugged it in and it shows 2 red lights, 2 yellow , and 4 green . It is moving from left to right since I plugged it in an hour ago.

Make sure that you are charging the chair 12-14 hrs before driving. charge with the joystick on, make sure both freewheel levers are in locked position. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/bill_bcbb89783b08c489

Lights flashing

If your chair is in freewheel (levers on back of motors not in drive) then the light will flash. But are the lights scrolling left to right or right to left? You can check for freewheeling by trying to push the chair from behind if it moves easily then it is in freewheel and you will have to move the levers to the drive position. You need to give more info of the flashing lights are all the lights flashing are only some flashing? etc
