Most good sewing machine suppliers should be able to get you one. If yours is a reasonably new machine (last 20 years or so) and it is a low shank machine they're quite easy to get and usually reasonably cheap.

have you tried a pair pf pliers. remember righty tighty lefty loosy.. (looking at the screw turn it counter clock wise) and it should come loose.. be gentle no need to break it..
