Kenwood A58 amplifier spectrum issue
It sounds like your Kenwood A58 amplifier may be having a technical issue that could be caused by several factors, including an internal component failure, a wiring problem, or a software issue. Here are a few suggestions to help resolve the issue:
- Check the wiring: Make sure that all the wiring and connections to the amplifier are secure and properly connected.

Entering Your Kenwood Security Code
If the car battery fails or is disconnected, the Kenwood will ask for the security code.
The

the code request mode, while holding the DISP key depressed, press and
hold the Volume UP or DOWN key for 3 seconds until the "..." display

A Security Code Bug in some Kenwoods
There
is a reported bug in the security code handling of some Kenwood
stereos. In models with thie bug, the security code is stored
incorrectly. The workaround is to enter the wrong security code.
In
models with this bug, you have to decrement the third character of the
security code by one. If your security code was 1111, you would enter
your security code as 1101. If your security code was 9999, you would
enter 9989.

No power to the amp i touched the power wire to the side of the amp
It probably burned a trace on the circuit board.
With the amp hooked up normally and the head unit on (so the amp will have remote voltage), do you read 12v DC anywhere on the case of the amp (black meter probe on the ground terminal of the amp)?
If there is no voltage on the case, confirm that you have 12v on the B+ and remote terminals of the amp (black probe on ground terminal of the amp).

Kenwood je 600 shows it has power but won't operate
Hi,
Please clean your juicer thoroughly before attempting to power again. If this does not work, please switch the juicer to a different power outlet. If possible to factory reset the device, please attempt that if the power outlet was not the issue. Otherwise, you might work with a company like Home Depot or Geeksquad/Bestbuy.
Thank you.
Alpine TMX-R2000, how do I get the sound to play over the speakers?
Hi,
if this product instructions are not useful to help you install your device in the car and get the sound playing properly, I would recommend using a mobile mechanic to hook up the device and debug it for you as this will save you much time. But you can re-attempt the install based on the instructions once more as you might have accidentally skipped a step.
Thank you.
How do you set the screen right from backward on a kenwood DDX 814
Hi,
Please look for any rotate arrow or circle with an arrow on it's border. If you can't find this, please restart your infotainment system and check your screen again. If still having issues, please use page 101(to start) of your infotainment manual to troubleshoot the issue.
Thank you.
How can I fix Rxd-655 protect mode?
Check the speaker wires. Make sure that damaged/frayed wires aren't touching other wires or the case of the mini shelf system. If the protect message persists, then the short could be internal to the system. I know service manuals are available online for the Kenwood RXD-655. However, it may not be worth repairing the system.
I hope this helps.
