If you still remember the old password go on your kik and go to settings. When done go to change email and change your email. Then save and reset your password.

If you are talking about the bubble color change, go to your home page on kik and go to settings or tools then it will give you the options of what you want to do. Once done click change bubble then your color options should be there.

Well every since I have updated kik is is loading very slow. If I log-in it takes for every for my messages to show up, also when i am texting someone there picture is not showing up. There is on additional problem which is the color scheme is not that good and I have a suggestion i think that there should be more bubble colors such as rainbow tie-die and hot pink. There are lots of other things also but i can not really remember them
