I figured it out. If you are low on (25%) on either colors or black, then it won't print. Even if you load a new black cartridge and it reads as 100% black, it won't print because it will only print when BOTH cartridges have been replaced and reads 100%. Same thing happens reversed with color being replaced. So basically, ALL printers short you 25% ink and FORCE you to buy their ink more often. Kodak is no exception. I have 100% black and 25% color and a BW only needed text paper won't print. I been through this before. *facepalm*

click on start, devices and printers. right click on printer image, click on trouble shoot, follow instructions.

if the ink is new then you will have to run a head cleaning program on the printer ( did you remove the sticker from the top of the new inks )

That's the way Kodak works
It won't allow yu to do anything if any of the lights are flashing or there is a error message

Get your color ink cartridge replaced by Kodak.
Just say its a new color ink cartridge and printer is saying its empty!!

Hurraay you'll get a free color ink cartridge

So, what happened to you Kodak printer? If you lost it or if it was stoles, guess I can't give you any good advice to recover it except maybe notify police about setrial of the printer and hope they recover it at some moment.

Perform head cleaning under maintenance on printer driver if is not still appear replaced printer head.

Printer head might clogged, perform nozzle check patter under maintenance to identify missing color.

Reset your Router

On Printer Driver there is maintenance setting where you can perform head cleaning. just follow the instructions to do so..

Hello Shirley, I have found out by unplugging the printer then plugging it back in (a hard boot) does wonders for this printer. Using the power button does not work to bring back the wifi connection. I hope this helps!! Good Luck! Rich Lilja

Repairing your inkjet printer at this point would be more costly than buying a new printer. See if it's still covered under warranty and ask for a repair or replacement if possible. Otherwise, check in the manual and run through the cleaning and repair procedures.
