A new belt will have to be installed at which time the fuse in the new belt will be blown to start a new count from 0. Now you can replace the fuse in the old one if you know how.

Remove the back panels it should be visible

Sometimes just open the doors and closing them a few times will work its sensing somethings open ,Make sure all is closed you may have too reinstall drivers. start over read all directions sometimes we get burnt out on trying to get something going give it a break for a bit then try again. could be a firewall or anti virus cause problems to.

Are you using a 3rd party image unit???, if so get OEM there are chips on them that copier monitors. The image units are the units below the toner cart. which one is having the problem Y M C or Black, did you re chip them, bad idea. Replace them with OEM cartridge. Are you getting any warning on the Screen? Such as Error Code or Replace the waste toner Box etc.
