Toner level cyan is bad. Replace the cyan image unit. and the Cyan toner

Turn ON the power switch with the Stop/Reset key held down. code is for the fuser the hot part that fuse the toner to the paper. Replace may be needed.

Does tray two work or the by pass tray?

Well there is a chip on the toner cartridge you would have to replace that as well since you can get them replacing the toner will do no good as the printer does not know you replaced the toner. Buy a proper toner cartridge.

Hard Disk /hard Drive is unformatted. Format in service mode.

Well first what do the bad quality prints look like what color strip or does black white work ok? Need more info.

Code is assigned to MFB (Multi-Function board). To reset power off wait 10 seconds power on. If code returns then MFB board is bad. Might try updating firmware. Have tech do that as Konica Minolta Firmware is located on a secure website. They have to protect there OS's software.

Replace the black developer unit and black drum

Open the mid section of the copier and pull out main section. Then re-install. The code mean the the fuser (The large device on the left hand side that melts or fuses the toner to the paper is not connecting properly to the electrical connections in the back where it plugs into. Could be that the connector is broken because some slammed the mid section to hard. Or that you need to give the section a better/some what harder push when you close it. Might want to remove the FUSER unit and put a flashlight to the back make sure the connector is ok and check the connector on the fuser itself!

Check all fans located inside the machine

Replace the drum and developer. Clear the associated counters first in service mode. Then replace the developer and drum then run the F8 procedure in service mode.

A/C signal out your wall outlet or the you are using a European model machine in the US or vise versa. Also check the electrical cord

Did you reset the counters for the drum and developer before you installed the drum and developer. And did you run the TCR Adjustment. As required.
