Konka Cell Phones - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support
I recently purchased a Konka phone, my Telstra SIM is too big to fit it.
Did you walk into a shop and buy it outright, for say $100 on no contract. As opposed to going into a Telco shop like AT&T or in my case in Canada ''Fido' and get a free phone and sign here?
If you did buy it outright, you just call Telstra and tell them you have purchased a new Konka and you need a Micro SIM or more likely a Nano SIM card for your existing account and phone number. They will ask the IMEI Number of the phone and send it to you through the post, or you can go to a Telstra store and get it whilst you wait.
One proviso though, if your current phone is on a lease to purchase deal over 2 years, you still have to pay that off.
And just for info, you can NEVER just swap a SIM from one phone to another because it is tied to the IMEI number of that individual piece of hardware, the phone.

Hi how do you insert a sim into a Konka F21
To insert the sim card, you need to remove the back cover from the phone and remove the
battery. To do this, you just need to find the small cut-out edge on the bottom left corner of the back cover and remove it. You can then remove the battery via the small opening provided above the battery. The sim goes in to the large space provided above the icon that says SIM inside it. That icon always gives you a guide to follow. You need to ensure the sim card's cut out edge is facing to the top left of the phone. The sim size is called standard: which is actually the largest sized sim card available. The sim card should fit perfectly between the cut out areas provided.
Where to put SIM card in the Konka SP3 mobile
HELLO,
you need to move the slider(KEY) located at the bottom of the back cover to the right towards the word "lock".
Then look at the right side at the edge close to up and directory to place the sim card.
Thanks.
Good luck.
Konka r8a phone wont turn on only about 4 months old
I found this information in the manual.
"If your phone hangs or freezes, we recommend that you do a "soft" reset instead of a hard/factory reset. To perform a soft reset, remove the battery, wait for a few seconds, and then re-install it. After re-installing the battery, turn on the phone."
If this doesn't fix the issue you can try a hard reset. A hard reset would erase all information and data on your phone.
How do I take photos on my Konka FP1 mobile phone
I have never worked with flip phones as they are extremely outdated. Though I do believe with this model you go into menu by pressing the button with a horizontal line in the top left hand corner of the phone. You should then see a camera app which you then use the up/down/left/right buttons to navigate to the icon then select it then you can take a picture from there. Best of luck.
